Conflict Management

Using methods such as mediation, dialogue circles, and consensus forums, my goal is to help facilitate conversations that safely and respectfully air differences and, if possible, allow agreements to be reached.

 

Sometimes mediation and dialogue are not possible in the highest levels of conflict. In these situations, I draw on a variety of methods in order to reduce tensions, hold people accountable for destructive behaviors, and help the leadership make critical decisions.
